A marketing plan has been finalized that will allow early interested buyers to participate in a "Priority Opportunity Program" (POP). Although the POP is a nonbinding agreement, it will secure an interested buyer's position in choosing their custom home lot. A continuing marketing plan is to be executed in concert with the timetable provided by the final Public Report from the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Approval was received for the Tentative Plat from Navajo County's Planning and Zoning on February 17. The Final Plat approval and the Arizona Department of Real Estate Public Report is expected in the early fall. It is planned that some infrastructure work will commence in the second quarter of 2005, and the completion of all improvements by the end of the second quarter of 2006. In addition to offering custom home lots where owners may select their own builder and design, a few custom homebuilders will be selected to build finished products that will be available for purchase.

It is anticipated that lot prices will range from $260,000 to $450,000 and existing homes from $400,000 to $750,000.

All sales are conditioned upon buyer's receipt and acceptance of the Arizona Department of Real Estate Public Report.
